WOW! A very impressive & positive experience starting with Sierra via telephone and a too•good•to•be•true finish with the “fixers” Enrique & Miguel. Sierra was extremely personable and professional...I could tell that she truly cares about her job/customers simply by her telephone personality. And Enrique & Miguel, they were simply nothing short of PHENOMENAL! I only interacted with I believe Miguel. An attractive “boy•next•door” young man, he was very kind and really knew his product(s). He quoted the job as being done in about 30 minutes...The duo left my home with a stellar job completed about 15 minutes after their arrival! Called Dan, and he had his installer out the next morning to replace a garage door at my mother's place. The Liftmaster that was installed works like a charm (it's the best in the industry), but most of all, we appreciated the prompt and professional service!

Each time I drive up to my home and see those beautiful new garage doors, I want to say, “Thank you,” again to Jason and Dan at Hutchins Garage Doors. I did a lot of research before visiting their showroom, but there’s nothing like seeing the real thing to help understand the different options. Their technical advice and suggestions were essential in helping me finalize my choices, and the installation process was on schedule and seamless. AND, they went out of their way to help me get the best color match for the doors and my new roof shingles. Great job!

If you need anything garage door related in and around Austin, TX look no further than Hutchins! From garage door repairs to total garage door replacement, the folks at Hutchins are very knowledgeable and offer the best customer service around! Just an update, after having a snake come into our garage due to poor sealing, Hutchins came right out and sealed the doors up to prevent further weather and pests from coming in. They helped tremendously - once some 7 years ago replacing the springs on my door (which are doing great), and more recently on New Years when my old opener gave out and I needed to be able to close the door, due to freezing temperatures. They showed up quickly, fixed it, then arranged to replace it a few days later. Service and communication were great and I highly recommend them!

WOW!!! What an amazing company! Hutchins was incredibly organized, thorough, and professional. We had them fabricate a wooden garage door for us, and the quality was superb, it could not have turned out better! If only more companies out there operated with their level of professionalism and expertise. In addition to running a great business, they also do their part to give back to the community. 5 really bright stars all around!

I’ve called them twice, once for a broken cable and again for a new door opener. Both times an appointment was made for the next day, the technician arrived on time , completed the job more quickly than I expected and was polite and professional. I have to give Miguel (technician) and Jason (estimator) koodoos! These guys were prompt, honest, and professional. Miguel was here on time (coming from Austin to Hutto) and before I could settle in for the hour work to be done...20 minutes later he was done. Demonstrated that the garage door was operating like new and pointed out a concern with one item and gave me instructions for proper maintenance. Since he was here I had him take care of the concern so that I didn't have to worry about my garage door in the future. Jason stated with the lifetime warranty (as long as we owned the home) they will take car of it. Since we use our garage door all the time this will save us money down the road since all springs have a shelter life of operation. If you need someone to come and take care of your garage door...look no further. Thanks guys!!!!!!read more

Great customer service!!! We had major problems with one of our garage doors. I called them at 8 am and they came out by 9. Miguel came out same day to give me an estimate. I was for sure we needed a new door. Thankfully we didn’t and he came the very next day with materials to fix it. Very reasonable, trustworthy, and on time!!read more
