1. Consultation;
Our experienced staff can meet with you on your job site to discuss
your needs.

2. Design;
If you didn't see something in our catalogue that will work for you
we can draw up a sketch on our computer that will met your needs.

3. Approval;
Once you have approved a door style and accepted the quote for the
production of your door/s, a 50% retainer is required for production
to begin on your project.

4. Production;
In our Austin location warehouse we layout the steel commercial
garage door base. To this we attach the kiln dried wood for your
door with construction adhesive. After your door has cured far at
least 24 hours. We then sink screws into the backside of the door to
further stabilize the wood. Then we finish off the beauty of your
handcrafted door by adding insulation to the backside.

5. Installation; After we set-up a time that is
convenient for you, our trained technicians arrive at your site and
install you door/s. If you have purchased new openers we will
install them at this time also or we will reattach your existing
openers. When you are done with installation out technician will
collect the remaining balance due on your door/s.

A service and parts warranty of One Year will go
into effect when the installation is complete.
