Step 1.) Take the light cover off the back of the opener
if there is one.
Step 2.) Look for the "Learn" button on far left on the unit. Press and then
release the "Learn" button on the motor unit.
Step 3.) Within 30 seconds press and hold the button on the hand-held
remote.
Step 4.) Release the remote button when the motor unit light blinks. If
light bulbs haven’t been installed yet, two clicks will be heard instead.

When I push my remote the door will open but will not close.?
The sensors maybe out of alignment.
Step 1.) Try lowering the door will your inside wall panel button. If you
can lower your door with constant pressure on the wall button until of the
door is fully closed then your safety sensors are out of alignment.
Step 2.) To align your sensors make sure they are level 6 to 9 inches form
the floor and facing slightly inward.
Step 3.) Check the alignment by using your hand-held remote.

f you have a Chain Drive or Belt Drive opener, then your drive gear is
probably stripped and needs replacing.
If you have a Screw Drive opener, then teeth on the rack are stripped and
need replacing.
